Kenwood Kac-8105D 1000-Watt

This particular amp could be the revised version of the 8104D. If a person read those reviews, you might find mixed reviews… on the great.. they praise the ability and appear quality… on the actual bad these people complain concerning overheating concerns. I simply installed this particular amp today… cant inform you extensive study type info but I have a JL 500/1 to be able to compare to be able to. This amp claims 500 watts exactly like my JL but for the stereo noobs out there… these aren’t in the same class… JL is high end audiophile high quality while this particular kenwood was created for budget-minded those who still want quality. This amp pushed my JL 12w6v2 simply fine but I’d a hard time getting the actual gain perfect… I has been getting distortion at higher volumes but it might have been due to be able to my Mp3 player being up excessive. This amp failed to make my own car lighting dim just like the JL can and I dont possess a capacitor both.
I rode around for around 4 several hours bumping the system with the actual JL sub set for about a couple of hrs also it never cut out or seemed to overheat whatsoever. The amp is pretty simple to set up… took me personally 2 hrs from learn to finish and I’d to run all of the wiring during my GFs vehicle.
Overall fantastic quality and for the price… I dont know if you can find others that may compare… Highly suggested for someone on a budget(like many of us these nights) that still wants to obtain a little more away from their program without breaking the bank.
