We have had this product for 7 weeks. I’ve employed it regularly & had absolutely no problems at all with it. Except for your initial start up (that only lasts a short while) it runs quietly. It tends to make ice quickly, the first batch is generally ready inside of 5-10 minutes and each successive order takes about 4-6 minutes on medium-sized cubes.
I make use of the medium size cube setting, though there’s no lot of difference between the 3 dimensions. The ice will probably be wet because this really is an snow maker, not the freezer. This is not a problem if you will use the ice immediately. It includes a handy little scoop also.
