My partner and i purchased an alternative sony concerning 5 weeks ago being an open package item from circuit city. (I’ll arrive at this one in the minute) Once we got it home it accepted a CD then do not give it back. Then it refused much more cd’s. Argh, we took it in to send for repair (we bought the extended warranty). 6 months later we find out it has to be sent to Sony. 3 months later, sony says it has physical damage. When it is returned it has NEW damage. Somewhere in shipping it was damaged and due to that these people refused to correct it! Circuit Metropolis made good (these people note any kind of physical damage just before shipping as well as there had been none) as well as replaced it using this DAV-FC8. For two months it acquired worked FANTASTIC. We forgot concerning the old 1 until this last week when My partner and i tried to put a DVD AND BLU-RAY in plus it loudly turned down it. Then the actual elevator would the down and up thing. Argh, again. Well, hopefully they don’t really damage it in shipping and delivery again and it will be fixed this time around. Well, This is too much of a coincidence for people. We’re formally unimpressed with all the Sony Fantasy Systems. You company name it I had a problem with it! And now, come in order to discover, Sony features stopped creation AND will no longer pursue MicroMV. They are moving back to MiniDV! ARGH! Pinnacle isn’t going to support their product any longer with this particular compatibility issue and Sony abandons it again. I bought the Cannon Elura 50! Great with stills and video.
